I attended 3 sessions of a fatigue management course.
I cannot praise all of the staff too highly, all were caring, good humoured keen to ensure I got the most out of the course for my personal circumstances.

I felt I was heard each time I spoke and everyone allowed each to show there thoughts and feelings with good hearts.
